VVG Thinking offers a really unique dining experience in a Retro-industrial-modern interior. The food was delicious. There isn’t a lot of seating available and most of the space is reserved for displays. There are some lovely staghorn ferns overhanging the entrance and large flower centerpiece to greet visitors. The second floor is devoted to a lovely bookstore / gift shop. They have very unusual one-of-a-kind items in a sort of flea market ambience. A small seating area with worn, comfortable leather couches are available. On one occasion there was a presentation of a woman sitting in a glass display box demonstrating the traditional art of Japanese book-binding. Many of the displays are professionally curated and it is really worth a visit. The staircase is also beautifully designed and is part staircase, part display with an impressive Leonardesque mechanical flapping wing.
